In June 2020, I launched the Right On, Girl empowerment collective with the purpose of fostering a community of women who support, encourage and guide one another through personal and professional guidance. Through the first six months, I:

• Produced a series of Featured Guest interviews to elevate the work and ideas of incredible women in the network,
• Established a framework for the Panel Series that will lead to virtual live events in the future, and
• Launched the official website, www.rightongirl.net.

An enthusiastic and supportive community of women helped to bring concept to reality. Looking forward to 2021, a survey is underway as of December 2020 to determine opportunities to enhance content development and events that connect women who seek community in the mission of the platform.
